The invention relates to a one-way arc rail type pendulum-like tuned mass damper which comprises a concentrated mass part and a bent rail, the bent rail is of a single-rail structure, the concentrated mass part comprises a mass block, a bent hole channel is formed in the mass block, the bent rail penetrates through the mass block through the bent hole channel, and the two ends of the bent rail are fixedly connected to a structure to be subjected to vibration reduction. Compared with the prior art, a single bent track is used for replacing a pendulum cable of the pendulum type tuned mass damper, the pendulum cable can be directly installed on the top of a structure to be subjected to vibration reduction, and a large amount of space needed by the long pendulum cable is saved; the stability of the concentrated mass part during vibration is further improved through the shuttle type structure that the bent track penetrates through the mass block; the variable-curvature bent track is adopted, so that the mass block performs non-arc vibration, and special damping effects such as multi-frequency tuning and the like can be realized; and the curved track is subjected to surface treatment or covered with a damping surface layer, additional damping is generated between the curved track and the concentrated mass part, and the damping effect is enhanced.
