The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, in particular to a dry dock entrance prefabrication and installation method which comprises the following operation steps: step A, construction of an underground diaphragm wall in a dry dock entrance area, layered and segmented construction of dry dock entrance concrete, one-time concrete pouring construction of the lower part of a dock sill and one-time concrete pouring construction of a docking block main body; b, dock ridge stone and docking block stone are designed and prefabricated; and C, the prefabricated dock ridge stone and the prefabricated docking block stone are embedded, installed and constructed. The prefabricated dock ridge stone and the docking block stone adopted in the construction of the dry dock entrance are both of a prefabricated structure, and during construction, a layered and segmented pouring mode can effectively control the temperature crack of the main body concrete of the dry dock entrance; stainless steel panels are embedded in the contact surfaces of the prefabricated dock ridge stone, the prefabricated docking block stone and the dock gate, so that the flatness of the sealing surface can be greatly improved; in addition, the prefabricated structure can effectively simplify the construction procedure and reduce the construction cost.
