Supporting and jacking device and construction method for tunnel closely attaching and underneath penetrating existing structure
In order to solve the problem that grouting compensation opportunity is limited when a newly-built tunnel closely passes through an existing structure in an underneath mode, the supporting and jacking device for the tunnel closely passes through the existing structure in the underneath mode and the construction method are provided, the jacking and supporting device is divided into an inner rod and an outer rod, and the end is designed into an inner grouting cavity and an outer grouting cavity which are fixedly connected with the inner rod and the outer rod correspondingly; and the internal grouting cavity can move up and down synchronously with the inner rod. The whole structure can be divided into an inner rod, an outer rod, an end head and a base. At the position of the base, the bottom of the inner rod is connected with the bottom of the outer rod through a spring, the spring can drive the inner rod to move upwards during primary grouting jacking, it is guaranteed that the top of an internal grouting cavity makes contact with an existing station bottom plate, and it is prevented that grout injected out of the grouting cavity of the inner rod does not make contact with the existing station bottom plate during secondary grouting. A grouting pipeline is arranged in the supporting and jacking device, supporting and two times of grouting and jacking of the existing structure are achieved, and therefore it is guaranteed that settlement of the existing structure is within a controllable range in the whole construction process.
本发明为了解决新建隧道密贴下穿既有结构注浆补偿时机限制问题,提出了一种隧道密贴下穿既有结构的支撑顶升的装置与施工方法,顶升支撑装置分为内杆和外杆,端头设计为内外两个注浆腔,分别与内杆、外杆固定连接,且内部注浆腔可与内杆同步上下移动。整体结构可以分为内杆、外杆、端头及底座。在底座位置处,内杆底部通过弹簧与外杆底部进行连接,弹簧可以在一次注浆顶升时带动内杆向上移动,保证内部注浆腔顶部与既有车站底板接触,防止二次注浆时内杆注浆腔注出浆液未与既有车站底板接触。通过支撑顶升装置内设注浆管道,实现对既有结构支撑与两次注浆顶升,从而保障整个施工过程既有结构沉降均处于可控范围。
