Intelligent concrete curing monitoring device and using method thereof
The invention mainly relates to the field of concrete curing, in particular to an intelligent concrete curing monitoring device and a using method thereof. The maintenance monitoring device comprises a maintenance controller, a humidity monitor, a maintenance spraying pipeline, a humidity sensor and a movable support. The maintenance controller is connected with and controls a water pump, the water pump is installed in front of the maintenance spraying pipeline, a plurality of movable supports are installed on the maintenance spraying pipeline, and spraying heads are installed on the movable supports. The plurality of humidity sensors are pre-buried in a room; the humidity sensor is connected with the humidity monitor through a wire, and the humidity monitor is electrically connected with the maintenance controller. The device solves the problem that traditional water spraying curing is not comprehensive and not timely, and the problem that the strength of concrete is low due to insufficient humidity, depth and time of early-stage curing is solved. By presetting the humidity threshold value, automatic maintenance operation can be achieved.
