The invention discloses an intelligent concrete spray curing device and method. The intelligent concrete spray curing device comprises a traveling trolley and a liquid replenishing base station; the traveling trolley is composed of a trolley main body and a plurality of wheels, the trolley main body is provided with a driving assembly driving the wheels to rotate, the trolley main body is providedwith a liquid storage bin, the liquid storage bin is connected with a spray head, and is further provided with a second liquid replenishing port; the trolley main body is provided with a control module, and the control module controls travelling and liquid spraying of the trolley main body; the liquid replenishing base station is provided with a liquid storage tank and a first liquid replenishingport connected with the liquid storage tank; and when the trolley main body is located on the liquid replenishing base station, the second liquid replenishing port on the trolley main body is connected with the first liquid replenishing port on the liquid replenishing base station, and the traveling trolley is in a liquid replenishing state. According to the intelligent concrete spray curing device and method, all-weather uninterrupted spraying operation for concrete is achieved, the construction efficiency of construction engineering is improved, the hand labour intensity is reduced, and thecuring operation cost is lowered.
本发明公开了一种智能混凝土喷淋养护装置及方法，包括行进小车和补液基站，行进小车由小车主体和若干车轮组成，小车主体上设有带动车轮转动的驱动组件；所述小车主体上设有储液仓，储液仓上连接一喷头，且储液仓上还设有第二补液端口；所述小车主体上设有控制模块，控制模块控制小车主体的行进和喷液；所述补液基站上设有储液箱以及与储液箱相连接的第一补液端口；当小车主体位于补液基站上时，小车主体上的第二补液端口与补液基站上的第一补液端口相连接，行进小车处于补液状态。本发明实现对混凝土的全天候不间断喷淋作业，提高建筑工程施工效率，减轻人工劳动强度，降低养护作业成本。
