The internal curing high-performance cement concrete provided by the invention is simple in preparation process, and compared with common concrete, the internal curing agent is doped, so that the working performance of the concrete can be improved, the shrinkage rate of the concrete is reduced by more than 40%, the early cracking rate is reduced by more than 30%, the concrete curing only needs water spraying once every 3 days, and the curing cost is reduced by more than 60%; and a large amount of bridge floor maintenance cost can be saved after traffic service.
