The invention discloses a calcium hexaluminate porous heat insulation castable for a water beam and a stand column of a heating furnace, which is formed by mixing castable main materials and a proper amount of additives, and the castable main materials comprise the following raw materials in parts by mass: 63-90 parts of calcium hexaluminate, 3-10 parts of calcined alumina powder, 3-9 parts of activated alumina micro powder and 4-18 parts of calcium aluminate cement raw materials. The sum of the mass parts of the raw materials is 100 parts. The additives comprise a water reducing agent, a mineralizing agent, an air entraining agent and a foam stabilizer. The heat conductivity of the castable is further reduced by utilizing the intrinsic characteristic of low heat conductivity of calcium hexaluminate and micropores formed by an interlaced hexagonal sheet structure of the calcium hexaluminate and forming pores through an air entraining agent; the problems that an existing heavy aluminum-silicon refractory castable for a water beam and a stand column of a heating furnace is high in heat conductivity coefficient, poor in heat insulation performance, insufficient in oxidation scale and ferrous silicate corrosion resistance and the like are solved, the heat insulation performance of the castable is improved, the high-temperature mechanical strength of the castable is improved, the service life is prolonged, and the water cooling heat loss is reduced.
本发明公开了一种加热炉水梁和立柱用六铝酸钙质多孔隔热浇注料,由浇注料主料和适量添加剂混合而成,所述浇注料主料由以下原料按质量份数组成:六铝酸钙63‑90份、煅烧氧化铝粉3‑10份、活性氧化铝微粉3‑9份、铝酸钙水泥原料4‑18份,且各原料的质量份数之和为100份;所述添加剂为减水剂、矿化剂、引气剂和稳泡剂。本发明利用六铝酸钙自身低导热的本征特性和其相互交织的六方片状结构而形成的微孔,并通过引气剂造孔进一步降低浇注料热导率,克服了现有加热炉水梁和立柱用重质铝硅质耐火浇注料导热系数高、隔热性能差、抗氧化铁皮和硅酸亚铁侵蚀性能不足等问题,改善了浇注料的隔热保温性能,提高浇注料高温力学强度,提高了使用寿命、减少了水冷热损失。
