Method for directly preparing composite metal ceramic substrate
The invention belongs to the field of functional ceramics, and discloses a method for directly preparing a composite metal ceramic substrate. The composite metal ceramic substrate comprises a ceramic matrix and a copper foil, the surface of the ceramic matrix is modified through laser, and the copper foil and the ceramic matrix subjected to surface laser modification are combined through hot isostatic pressing sintering. A means of ceramic surface laser modification is utilized; and the ceramic substrate can be prepared by directly combining with metal without the help of other materials. And active metal solder does not need to be added, so that the cost is reduced, and a new substance is formed under limited specific conditions. Therefore, close combination of the ceramic and the metal copper is achieved, and heat stability is good and far higher than that in the prior art under the same process.
