The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a steel structure shell of a steel-concrete combined section is divided into a plurality of steel tower blocks in the vertical direction; dividing the standard segment into a core block and side blocks on two sides; s2, the first section of steel tower block body is hoisted, and after formworks and reinforcing steel bars are installed in the steel tower block body, concrete is filled; s3, the step S2 is repeated until construction of the steel-concrete combined section is completed; s4, the core block of the first standard section is hoisted on the steel-concrete combined section, and then the side blocks on the two sides are hoisted in sequence; after hoisting is completed, horizontal welding seams between the core blocks, vertical welding seams between the core blocks and the side blocks on the two sides and horizontal welding seams between the segments are sequentially welded; s5, after reinforcing steel bars are installed in the core blocks, concrete is poured; and S6, the steps S4 to S5 are repeated until construction of all the other standard sections is completed.
