The invention discloses a multi-section concrete construction method and system for a steel shell and concrete combined cable bent tower, and belongs to the technical field of cable bent tower construction.The method comprises the following steps that multiple steel shell barrel sections are hoisted and fixedly connected with vertical steel bars, and a cross-shaped construction platform and a concrete storage barrel are erected on the steel shell barrel section at the uppermost end; a discharging opening in the bottom of the concrete storage barrel is connected with a concrete guide pipe in a penetrating mode, and the concrete guide pipe is arranged along the inner walls of the multiple steel shell barrel sections and extends downwards till the concrete guide pipe is located above the to-be-poured concrete construction face. Concrete pouring, leveling and vibrating are conducted, when the concrete pouring construction face is flush with an outlet in the lower end of the concrete guide pipe, concrete pouring is paused, the straight guide pipe and the bent buffering guide pipe at the lowest end of the concrete guide pipe are detached, and concrete pouring is recovered; and the operation is repeated until the concrete is poured to the preset position of the top of the uppermost steel shell cylinder section, cooling is conducted through cooling water, and curing is conducted.
