According to the construction method and the strand penetrating method of the deep foundation pit supporting stand column, a stand column pile reinforcement cage and a concrete square pile are welded into an integrated structure at the hole opening of a pile hole, then the integrated structure is put into the pile hole together, and then the stand column pile reinforcement cage and the concrete square pile are fed into the preset position of the pile hole through a pile feeding device; the problem that a column pile reinforcement cage is difficult to position in a hole can be effectively solved; the position of the pile feeder can be controlled on the ground, and therefore the construction quality of the stand column pile and the construction precision of the concrete square pile can be improved.
本发明提供一种深基坑支撑立柱的施工方法及穿束方法,通过将立柱桩钢筋笼与混凝土方桩在桩孔的孔口处焊接为一体结构,再一同下放至桩孔内部,然后利用送桩器将立柱桩钢筋笼和混凝土方桩送入桩孔的预设位置,能够有效解决立柱桩钢筋笼在孔内定位困难的问题;可在地面控制送桩器的位置,因此能够提高立柱桩施工质量及混凝土方桩的施工精度。
