Double-variable closed rotary start-stop control system and method
The invention discloses a double-variable closed type rotation starting and stopping control system and method. The system comprises a variable plunger pump, a variable plunger motor, a rotation unlocking cylinder and a controller. The variable displacement piston pump is connected with a variable displacement pump adjusting oil cylinder for controlling the displacement, an electromagnetic directional valve and a pilot proportional valve; the variable displacement piston motor is connected with a variable displacement motor adjusting oil cylinder for controlling displacement and a rotary displacement control valve; the rotary unlocking cylinder is connected with a rotary unlocking proportional valve; the device further comprises a rotary speed sensor, a rotary table angle sensor and an electric handle. The working state of the hydraulic excavator is judged through a rotation speed sensor and a rotary table angle sensor, an electric handle is operated, corresponding control electric signals are calculated and output to a variable displacement piston pump related control proportional valve and a variable displacement piston motor related control proportional valve through a controller, and the stroke of a variable displacement pump adjusting oil cylinder and the stroke of a variable displacement motor adjusting oil cylinder are controlled; and the displacement of the variable displacement piston pump and the displacement of the variable displacement piston motor are controlled to meet theoretical requirements, and finally the stability of starting and stopping actions of the whole hydraulic excavator is achieved.
