The invention provides a drainage device and a drainage method. The drainage device comprises a first connecting pipe connected to an upstream pipeline, a second connecting pipe connected to a downstream pipeline and a drainage pipeline connected between the first connecting pipe and the second connecting pipe. The drainage and drainage pipeline comprises a diversion bent pipe, a diversion straight pipe and a diversion vertical pipe; a pressure regulating filter pipe which can be positioned at a first set position and a second set position is hermetically and slidably connected into the flow guide straight pipe; u-shaped pipelines are assembled on the two sides of the diversion straight pipe in a mirror image mode. In the application, self-adaptive pressure adjustment is performed through the U-shaped pipelines on the two sides, and when the pressure-adjusting filter pipe filters a water medium to cause blockage, the U-shaped pipelines on the two sides perform shunting to ensure that upstream and downstream pressures are balanced. Meanwhile, the invention further provides a drainage method, by means of the drainage method, filtered impurities can be removed, human intervention is reduced, the cleaning process is simple and rapid, and the high water medium drainage and filtration effect is guaranteed.
