The invention discloses a construction process for making a closed coal mine goaf by using a guniting method, belongs to the technical field of coal seam closed construction, and solves the problems of poor strength and air tightness and slow process making existing in brick-concrete masonry goaf closeness. The construction process comprises the following steps: performing slotting at a closed position, and then performing solid connection with a coal rock mass; connecting double-layer anchor rods and deformed steel bars at the periphery of the tank body to form a grid framework, and erecting a reinforcement framework at the center of the tank body; a water drain pipe, a measure pipe and an observation pipe are arranged on the two sides of the groove roadway respectively; the spraying operation is stopped when each closed spraying operation reaches the operation design height; carrying out guniting on the roadway outside the closed point; and a #-shaped wood crib is arranged outside the closed point, finally, the closed water drainage pipe, the measure pipe and the observation pipe are blocked, and watering maintenance is conducted every day till the concrete strength value is higher than the design standard. The method has the advantages of being rapid in construction, low in material consumption and good in sealing effect.
