The invention discloses a coal mine underground thin spraying material manufacturing method, a construction method and a pneumatic guniting device, which relate to the technical field of coal mine underground production. An inorganic filler for the thin spraying material, high-standard white cement, polymer powder, quartz powder, titanium dioxide, redispersible latex powder, calcium sulphoaluminate and other auxiliaries are mixed in proportion. According to the spraying device, a left stirring barrel and a right stirring barrel work alternately; an inlet of the pneumatic guniting machine is connected with the bottoms of the left and right stirring barrels through a tee joint; an outlet of the pneumatic guniting machine is connected with a high-pressure pipe and a spray gun. The method hasthe beneficial effects that the defects of low construction speed, poor labor environment, high material consumption, high auxiliary transportation capacity, multiple potential safety hazards and thelike in the conventional concrete spraying technology are overcome. Thin spraying is combined with a novel guniting technology and a pneumatic guniting device, efficient construction is formed, safetyis ensured, the guniting speed and quality are improved, the working environment is improved, and meanwhile the cost is reduced.
