The invention discloses an inerter-damping vibration attenuation device which comprises a ball screw, a ball nut, a flywheel, a restraining piece and a connector, the ball screw is sleeved with the ball nut to form a ball screw pair, the flywheel is fixedly connected with the ball nut, and the ball nut can drive the flywheel to rotate around the ball screw; the restraining part comprises a baffle, an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder, a perforated end cover and an outer end cover, the inner cylinder is arranged in the outer cylinder in a sleeved mode, the ball screw penetrates into the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, and the flywheel and the ball nut are arranged outside the inner cylinder and located in the outer cylinder; the flywheel and the ball nut are restrained through a baffle located at the end of the inner cylinder and a perforated end cover located at the end of the outer cylinder and provided with a through hole for the ball screw to penetrate, and the outer end cover is located at the other end of the outer cylinder. The number of the connectors is two, the connectors are located at the end, located outside the outer cylinder, in the ball screw and the outer side portion of the outer end cover respectively, and the connectors are connected to a structure needing vibration reduction.
