The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of ceramic products, and particularly relates to a ceramic flat sheet membrane layer liquid as well as a preparation method and application thereof in a ceramic flat sheet membrane. The preparation method of the ceramic flat sheet membrane layer liquid comprises the following steps: adding glass powder, divalent oxide and tetravalent oxide into aluminum oxide, mixing, putting the mixture into a V-shaped mixer, and mixing for 30-50 minutes to obtain a mixture; preparing a methyl cellulose solution or a PVC solution, and standing for later use; and putting the mixture, a methylcellulose solution or a PVC solution, water and a dispersing agent into a ball mill, carrying out ball-milling dispersion, standing to obtain a ceramic flat sheet membrane layer solution, and coating the ceramic flat sheet membrane layer solution on a support body to obtain the ceramic flat sheet membrane. According to the preparation method of the ceramic flat sheet membrane layer liquid provided by the invention, after the prepared membrane layer liquid is applied to a ceramic flat sheet membrane, the hydrophilic performance and the oleophobic performance of the ceramic flat sheet membrane are improved, and the problem of sewage blockage is greatly improved.
本发明属于陶瓷制品的制备技术领域,具体涉及陶瓷平板膜膜层液及其制备方法与在陶瓷平板膜中的应用。所述的陶瓷平板膜膜层液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:向氧化铝中,加入玻璃粉、二价氧化物、四价氧化物,混合,置于V型混料机中,混合30‑50min,得到混合料;配置甲基纤维素溶液或PVC溶液,静置备用;将混合料、甲基纤维素溶液或PVC溶液、水、分散剂投入球磨机,球磨分散,静置,得到陶瓷平板膜膜层液,并将其涂敷在支撑体上制得陶瓷平板膜。本发明提供的陶瓷平板膜层液的制备方法,所制备的膜层液用于陶瓷平板膜后,提高了陶瓷平板膜的亲水性能和疏油性能,大幅改善污堵的问题。
