The preparation method of the ceramic flat sheet membrane supporting body comprises the following steps: uniformly dry-mixing corundum aggregate, mullite fiber, zirconium oxide, kaolin, an adhesive and a pore-forming agent to obtain a mixture; preparing colloidal slurry, adding the colloidal slurry into the mixture while stirring, stirring to form a mud pie, and kneading to form the pie; spirally extruding and cutting off the mud pie, carrying out vacuum pugging, filtering, cutting and aging, carrying out vacuum extrusion molding, and drying to obtain a ceramic flat sheet membrane support body green body; and sintering the ceramic flat sheet membrane support body green body at high temperature to obtain the ceramic flat sheet membrane support body. According to the preparation method of the ceramic flat sheet membrane support body provided by the invention, after the prepared support body is used for the ceramic flat sheet membrane, the bending strength and the fracture toughness of the ceramic flat sheet membrane are improved, and the service life of the ceramic flat sheet membrane is further prolonged.
本发明属于陶瓷制品的制备技术领域，具体涉及陶瓷平板膜支撑体及其制备方法与在陶瓷平板膜中的应用。所述的陶瓷平板膜支撑体的制备方法，包括以下步骤：将刚玉骨料、莫来石纤维、氧化锆、高岭土、粘合剂、造孔剂，干混均匀，得到混合料；制备胶体泥浆，向混合料中，边搅拌边加入胶体泥浆，搅拌成泥团，捏合成团；将泥团螺旋挤出切断，再进行真空练泥，过滤后切断陈腐，真空挤出成型，干燥，得到陶瓷平板膜支撑体生坯；将陶瓷平板膜支撑体生坯高温烧成，得到陶瓷平板膜支撑体。本发明提供的陶瓷平板膜支撑体的制备方法，所制备的支撑体用于陶瓷平板膜后，提高了陶瓷平板膜的抗弯强度、断裂韧性，进而延长了陶瓷平板膜的使用寿命。
