Preparation method of zirconium oxide-titanium carbide/zirconium oxide co-fired ceramic composite material
The invention relates to a preparation method of a zirconium oxide-titanium carbide/zirconium oxide co-fired ceramic composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing Y2O3 stable nano ZrO2 powder and micron TiC powder as raw materials; carrying out ball milling to obtain a ball-milled wet material; (2) drying, grinding and crushing into powder; (3) dropwise adding a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution, stirring, mixing and sieving; (4) after standing, putting into a core mold, and carrying out dry pressing to obtain a TiC/ZrO2 round billet; (5) preparing the Y2O3 stabilized nano ZrO2 powder into granulated powder by adopting a spray granulation method; (6) combining the granulation powder and the TiC/ZrO2 round billet by using an external mold; (7) performing dry pressing to obtain a composite round billet; and (8) carrying out pressureless sintering after drying. The ZrO2-TiC/ZrO2 co-fired ceramic composite material disclosed by the invention has good electrical properties and mechanical properties; the method can be well applied to wearable intelligent products; the interface bonding strength is good, and the requirement that different parts of the ceramic material are suitable for different applications is met.
一种氧化锆‑碳化钛/氧化锆共烧陶瓷复合材料的制备方法,按以下步骤进行:(1)准备Y2O3稳定纳米ZrO2粉和微米TiC粉作为原料;球磨获得球磨湿料;(2)烘干、研磨粉碎制成粉体;(3)滴加聚乙烯醇水溶液,搅拌混合、过筛;(4)静置后装入心部模具中,干压制成TiC/ZrO2圆坯;(5)Y2O3稳定纳米ZrO2粉采用喷雾造粒法,制成造粒粉;(6)利用外部模具将造粒粉和TiC/ZrO2圆坯组合;(7)干压制成复合圆坯;(8)烘干后进行无压烧结。本发明的ZrO2‑TiC/ZrO2共烧陶瓷复合材料具有良好的电学性能和机械性能;能够较好的应用于可穿戴智能产品中;具有很好的界面结合强度,满足了陶瓷材料的不同部位适用于不同应用的需求。
