The invention provides an air hydrogen production and storage and transportation system and an air hydrogen storage and transportation method. The system comprises an air bag, auxiliary hydrogen production equipment, a carrier, a hydrogen production and storage device and a power device, auxiliary hydrogen production equipment is arranged on the air bag; the airbag is connected with the carrier; the hydrogen production and storage device and the power device are arranged in the carrier; the power device is respectively connected with the auxiliary hydrogen production equipment and the hydrogen production and storage device; and the hydrogen production and storage device is connected with auxiliary hydrogen production equipment. The hydrogen production and storage device is used for storing the transported hydrogen, and if the hydrogen content in the hydrogen production and storage device is lower than a threshold value and the rainwater amount in the rainwater collection device is not larger than a limiting value, a first movement direction is determined according to the real-time rainfall signal value, and the rainwater is collected through movement. If the rainfall amount is larger than the preset value, the second movement direction is determined according to the real-time rainfall amount signal value, transportation and hydrogen production are carried out at the same time, solar energy resources and rainwater resources are fully utilized, the hydrogen storage capacity is increased while the air bag provides lift force, the transportation cost is reduced, the hydrogen production and hydrogen transportation period is shortened, and the hydrogen energy storage and transportation efficiency is improved.
