The clamping plate assembly comprises a clamping plate and wedge-shaped check blocks arranged on the clamping plate, the clamping plate is used for being fixed to the outer side of a stock rail, the number of the wedge-shaped check blocks is at least two, and the wedge-shaped check blocks are arranged in the length direction of the clamping plate at intervals and used for being installed on the two sides of the base plate fastener. And the relative displacement of the stock rail and the base plate fastener in the length direction is limited. According to the rail displacement prevention device based on the channel steel sleeper, the longitudinal displacement between the channel steel sleeper and the stock rail can be reduced, so that the safety and stability of railway transportation are improved, the service life of the rail is prolonged, and meanwhile, the channel steel sleeper can be applied to acceleration railways.
