The present invention relates to a sleeper for a railroad and, more specifically, to a sleeper for a railroad which is formed in a single main body (1) of a bar shape. The main body (1) comprises 10-20 wt% of thermoplastic resin, 1-5 wt% of a dispersant, and 75-89 wt% of weight powder. The present invention has effects of reducing waste disposal costs and preventing environmental pollution since recycling is possible by manufacturing the sleeper to be used again by an injection molding operation to melt the sleeper again by demolishing and collecting remains by using a mixture of iron powder and sand as a weight material and binding the mixture with thermoplastic resin.
본 발명은 철도 레일용 침목에 관한 것으로, 바(bar)형의 단일 본체(1)로 이루어지는 철도 레일용 침목에 있어서, 상기 본체(1)는, 열가소성 수지 10 내지 20 중량%, 분산제 1 내지 5 중량%, 중량분말체 75 내지 89 중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 철 분말과 모래의 혼합물을 중량 소재로 사용하고, 이들의 결합을 열가소성 수지로 함으로써, 철거 후 수거하여 다시 용융시켜 사출 성형에 의해 다시 사용이 가능하도록 제작함으로써, 재활용이 가능하여 폐기물 처리비용을 절감할 수 있으며 환경 오염을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
