The invention relates to a prestressed seamless multi-span curved bridge construction structure and method, and belongs to the technical field of prestressed seamless curved bridges. The construction structure comprises a temporary supporting structure arranged between a main beam and a lower structure, and the temporary supporting structure comprises a groove channel, a rolling shaft, a rotating disc and a bottom steel plate; the rolling shaft is transversely placed in the groove channel and can slide along the groove channel, the diameter of the rolling shaft is larger than the groove height of the groove channel, and the length of the rolling shaft is smaller than the groove width of the groove channel; and the turntable is arranged below the groove channel. The rolling shaft with the rotating disc is adopted at the position of the seamless bent bridge abutment to serve as a temporary supporting structure, the rotating disc can rotate along with the change of the angle, the rolling shaft can roll along with the change of displacement, and therefore oblique displacement of a certain angle between a main beam and a lower structure is avoided when prestressed tendons are tensioned.
