The invention discloses a control method for uneven settlement of a flat site in a collapsible loess area, and belongs to the technical field of collapsible loess uneven settlement treatment. The drainage reinforcing wall pre-buried grooves are dug in the periphery of the outdoor large-area flat site in the collapsible loess area, the pre-buried piles and the drainage grids are built in the pre-buried grooves, and the rectangular site is divided into four triangular sites through the drainage reinforcing walls; collapsible loess of a triangular field is mutually extruded in a mode of combining a composite foundation and a heavy hammer dynamic compaction method, so that a tight whole is formed to realize longitudinal extrusion, a sodium silicate solution is sprayed on the loess during laying of each layer, and mutual condensation of the loess is facilitated; and then the integrated site is drilled, lime soil is injected to form a plurality of lime soil piles, transverse extrusion of loess of the site can be increased through drilling, the tightness between the loess is improved, and therefore differential settlement of the collapsible loess site can be controlled.
本发明公开了一种湿陷性黄土地区平整场地不均匀沉降的控制方法,属于湿陷性黄土不均匀沉降处理技术领域。本发明在湿陷性黄土地区室外大面积平整场地的四周均挖有疏水加固墙预埋槽,在预埋槽内建设预埋桩和疏水格栅,利用疏水加固墙将矩形的场地分割成四块三角形场地,通过复合地基与重锤强夯法相结合的方式让三角形场地的湿陷性黄土相互挤压,从而形成紧密的一体实现纵向挤压,每一层的铺设都会在黄土上洒上硅酸钠溶液,有利于黄土之间相互凝结;再对形成一体的场地进行钻孔,并注入灰土形成若干个灰土桩,钻孔可以增加场地黄土横向挤压,提高黄土之间的紧密性,从而能控制湿陷性黄土场地不均匀沉降。
