The invention relates to a subarea consolidation treatment process for an ultra-thick soft soil layer, which comprises the following steps of: transporting high-water-content soft soil in the ultra-thick soft soil layer to be treated into a working pool, sucking the high-water-content soft soil through a high-pressure self-sucking pump, and enabling the high-water-content soft soil to enter a self-sucking strong-pressure consolidation device; a soil pile is formed after single-time compaction and consolidation are completed through the self-absorption strong-pressure consolidation device; the formed single soil piles are taken out of the self-absorption strong-pressure consolidation device and moved to an ultra-thick soft soil layer area, all the formed soil piles are sequentially placed in a layered and partitioned consolidation area, gaps among the soil piles are filled with compaction consolidation auxiliary slag, and finally layered and partitioned compaction consolidation of the ultra-thick soft soil layer is completed. According to the invention, a zoning and layering treatment process is taken as a main technical measure, and a self-absorption strong-pressure consolidation device for the super-thick soft soil layer is used in a matched manner, so that the efficient consolidation of the super-thick soft soil layer is realized, and the stability of a soft soil layer foundation is improved.
