The invention provides a glass fiber reinforced plastic sand inclusion plate and reinforced concrete composite open caisson structure and a construction method thereof, which are mainly used in the field of liquefied natural gas storage, and adopt a glass fiber reinforced plastic sand inclusion plate to manufacture a template which comprises a blade foot section and a standard section; the upper part of the blade foot section can be connected with the standard section, and the lower part adopts an inclined plane. According to the open caisson construction method, the transverse plates and the longitudinal plates of the blade foot sections are mutually spliced to form a closed structure, then the open caisson standard section needing to be installed is vertically lowered to the upper portion of the lower open caisson blade foot section, adjacent open caisson blocks are arranged in an attached mode, and the plugs and the insertion grooves on the upper faces and the lower faces of the open caisson piece units are buckled at the same time to form a whole. And after sinking, plain concrete is adopted for bottom sealing, and then open caisson inner partition wall construction is conducted. 本发明提供了玻璃钢夹砂板与钢筋混凝土复合沉井结构及其施工方法,主要用于液化天然气储存领域,采用玻璃钢夹砂板制作模板,包括刃脚段、标准段;刃脚段设置为上方可以连接标准段,下方采用斜面的形式。本发明的沉井施工方法,刃脚段的横板和纵板相互拼装成闭合结构,然后将需要安装的沉井标准段垂直下放到下节沉井刃脚段上部,相邻沉井分块贴合布置,沉井井片单元上面和下面的插头与插槽同时扣合形成一个整体,下沉后采用素混凝土封底后再进行沉井内隔墙施工。该沉井主要的井片单元均为预制,通过插接和螺栓进行拼接和固定,能够缩短现浇沉井工艺的周期,增加沉井的受力性能及防水性能,提高安装效率,保证施工质量。
