Through the arrangement of the wall protection frame, protection of an original outer wall in the construction process is guaranteed, and the wall protection frame is installed more stably through the original holes; through two-stage underpinning, firstly, an underpinning structure is formed through a wall beam, a pin key and an underpinning beam, and construction of dismantling of a wall protection frame and an internal structure is guaranteed; through the arrangement of the inner support, the safety of the foundation pit supporting structure is guaranteed, and subsequent excavation of the basement foundation pit is facilitated; through the newly-built shear wall and the basement, on one hand, the newly-built shear wall can bear the stress of the original outer wall body; on the other hand, the newly-built shear wall and the newly-built basement outer wall are integrally designed and integrally connected, and the durability of an original building can be further improved.
本发明公开了一种城市更新既有建筑地下空间开发方法,既有建筑为地上建筑,拆除内部结构且保留历史风貌原外墙体;并在既有建筑下方开挖地下基坑,修建地下室。本发明通过墙体保护架的设置,利于保证施工过程中对于原外墙体的保护,且利用原有孔洞使得墙体保护架的安装更为稳固;通过两阶段的托换,先是通过墙梁、销键和托换梁形成托换结构,保证墙体保护架和内部结构拆除的施工;而后通过内支撑的设置,利于保证基坑支护结构的安全性便于后续地下室基坑的开挖;通过新建剪力墙和地下室,一方面新建剪力墙利于承担原外墙体的受力;另一方面新建剪力墙与新建地下室外墙一体化设计和整体性连接,可进一步提高原有建筑的耐久性。
