When the damping hinge is in a completely open state, a first cam structure abuts against a cam rotating part, an elastic assembly is in a non-compressed state, one end of a third connecting piece abuts against a speed reduction assembly, and when the damping hinge is in a critical state, the first cam structure is separated from the cam rotating part; the second cam structure abuts against the cam rotating part, the elastic assembly is compressed to drive the second connecting piece and the fourth connecting piece to rotate clockwise, and then the door body fixing base is driven to rotate anticlockwise to drive the damping hinge to move towards the closed state. One end of the third connecting piece rotates anticlockwise to abut against the speed reduction assembly so as to reduce the closing speed of the damping hinge till the damping hinge enters a closed state. Therefore, when the door body is in an open state, the elastic assembly does not apply closing acting force to the door body; when the door body rotates over the critical state, the elastic assembly exerts closing acting force on the door body, and meanwhile the self-closing speed can be reduced through cooperation of the third connecting piece and the speed reduction assembly.
本发明公开了一种阻尼铰链与冰箱,阻尼铰链处于完全打开状态时,第一凸轮结构顶抵于凸轮转动部,弹性组件处于非压缩状态,第三连接件的一端顶抵于减速组件,阻尼铰链处于临界状态时,第一凸轮结构与凸轮转动部分离,第二凸轮结构顶抵于凸轮转动部,弹性组件被压缩以带动第二连接件和第四连接件顺时针转动,进而带动门体固定座逆时针转动以驱使阻尼铰链向闭合状态活动,第三连接件的一端逆时针方向转动顶抵于减速组件以降低阻尼铰链的闭合速度直至阻尼铰链进入闭合状态。因此当门体处于打开状态时,弹性组件对门体不施加闭合的作用力;当门体转过临界状态,弹性组件对门体施加闭合的作用力,同时第三连接件与减速组件的配合可以降低自闭合速度。
