Integral hoisting method for large segment of eccentric steel beam
The invention relates to the technical field of bridge construction, and discloses an eccentric steel beam large-section integral hoisting method which comprises the following steps: integrally hoisting single-section hoisting units; wherein the single inter-node hoisting unit comprises 0.5 inter-node guide beams and 0.5 inter-node steel beams. Another hoisting method comprises the following steps of: adjusting the gravity center of the single-section hoisting unit to a plane position formed by three hoisting points of the girder erection crane by the girder erection crane; a large cross beam of the girder erection crane moves in the first direction, and an oil cylinder counter-force base moves in the first direction and is fixed; configuring three lifting points of a lifting appliance of the girder erection crane; and the single-section hoisting unit is vertically hoisted. According to the technical scheme, the steel beam sections are optimized to form the single-section hoisting unit, and integral hoisting can be achieved. Furthermore, the technical problem of integral hoisting of the large segment of the eccentric steel beam is solved by adjusting an unbalanced force control means. The technical scheme is feasible, construction is simple, the hoisting weight of the steel beam is reduced, the construction risk is reduced, and the risk is controllable; and meanwhile, the construction cost is greatly saved.
