Horizontal sliding rails are connected to the lower portion of the bluish stone bin and the lower portion of the coke bin through first supports correspondingly, discharging plates provided with discharging grooves are slidably connected to the horizontal sliding rails in an inserted mode correspondingly, and outer charging barrels are connected to the lower portions of the discharging plates correspondingly. Blanking control can be conveniently conducted on bluestone and coke by controlling shortening and extending of the two-way push rod, raw materials are conveyed without a conveying belt, and therefore the occupied area of the equipment is reduced. The gear and rack transmission set drives the lifting supporting plate to ascend and descend, then the inner charging barrel is driven to ascend and descend along the outer charging barrel, the change of the combined volume of the two charging barrels is achieved, and then the purpose of adjusting ingredient quantification can be achieved.
