The invention provides a resource utilization method of chromium-containing tanning waste, which comprises the following steps: carrying out microwave hydrolysis reaction on the tanning waste, sodium hydroxide and water, filtering after hydrolysis reaction, and processing filter residues to serve as a chrome tanning assistant; and adding maleic anhydride and vinyl versatate into the filtrate, adjusting the pH value of the system to 7-11 by using sodium carbonate and sulfuric acid, and heating to carry out a modification reaction to obtain the gypsum retarder. The gypsum retarder product obtained by the method has high stability (linear characteristic) and alkalinity, and the retarding performance under an alkaline condition is improved by 20% or more, which plays an important positive role in maintaining the stability of a gypsum building material product preparation process and the applicability of the product. The invention opens up a new way for high-valued and harmless utilization of the tanning waste.
本发明提供了一种含铬制革废弃物的资源化利用方法,将制革废弃物与氢氧化钠、水进行微波水解反应,水解反应后过滤,滤渣加工后作为铬鞣革助剂;往滤液中加入顺丁烯二酸酐和叔碳酸乙烯酯,并用碳酸钠、硫酸调节体系pH至7~11,加热进行改性反应得到石膏缓凝剂。该方法得到的石膏缓凝剂产品具有高稳定性(线性特征)和亲碱性,在碱性条件下的缓凝性能提高了20%以上,这对维持石膏建材产品制备工艺的稳定性和产品的应用性有重要积极作用。本发明为制革废弃物的高值化、无害化利用开辟了新途径。
