Template pre-assembly method
The invention relates to the field of template pre-assembly, and discloses a template pre-assembly method, which comprises the following steps of: 1, preparing a field level, a three-dimensional model, a plurality of templates and horizontal connecting pieces, determining the plane positions of the templates on the field level, arranging a plurality of targets on the field level, and measuring the coordinates of the targets by using a total station; 2, the target coordinates are imported into three-dimensional software, and a three-dimensional model is imported according to the target coordinate positions; step 3, assembling a first layer of template, measuring angular points of the template through a total station, and roughly adjusting the template; 4, measuring the coordinates of the target through a three-dimensional scanner, converting the coordinates in the field into point cloud coordinates, collecting the point cloud data of the template, and establishing a point cloud model; 5, performing three-dimensional deviation comparison on the three-dimensional model and the point cloud model, and performing fine adjustment on the template; and 6, every two horizontal connecting pieces form a group and are connected through bolts, and each group of horizontal connecting pieces are welded between the adjacent templates, so that the field measurement time is saved.
