The number of carbon atoms of the saturated fatty acid is an integer ranging from 3 to 31, the quaternization reagent is XCH2 (CH2) sOH or X (CH2) sCOONa, s is an integer ranging from 1 to 15, and X is halogen elements such as chlorine, bromine and iodine. The dicationic electromigration corrosion inhibitor can be internally doped into a newly-built concrete structure, is adsorbed on the surface of a reinforcing steel bar to inhibit corrosion of the reinforcing steel bar, can be migrated into reinforced concrete under the action of an electric field to repair corrosion of the reinforcing steel bar in the existing structure, and has a wide market application value.
