Porous ceramic body as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method for a porous ceramic body, which comprises the following steps: (1) mixing and stirring ceramic powder, light-cured resin, a pore-forming agent and a photoinitiator to obtain light-cured slurry; (2) carrying out 3D printing molding on the photocuring slurry to obtain a porous ceramic green body; (3) carrying out first treatment on the porous ceramic green body, and removing the pore forming agent to form first micropores; (4) carrying out second treatment on the porous ceramic green body subjected to the first treatment, and removing the light-cured resin to form second micropores; (5) sintering the porous ceramic green body subjected to secondary treatment to obtain a porous ceramic body; in the sintering process, the first micropores are shrunk to form third micropores, and the second micropores are shrunk to form fourth micropores. By adopting the preparation method provided by the invention, the prepared porous ceramic body is rich and controllable in pore diameter and good in atomization effect, and can meet the performance requirements of an electronic cigarette atomization core.
本发明公开了一种用于多孔陶瓷体的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将陶瓷粉体、光固化树脂、造孔剂和光引发剂混合并搅拌,得到光固化浆料;(2)将所述光固化浆料3D打印成型,得到多孔陶瓷坯体;(3)将所述多孔陶瓷坯体进行第一次处理,排除造孔剂以形成第一微孔;(4)将经过第一次处理的多孔陶瓷坯体进行第二次处理,排除光固化树脂以形成第二微孔;(5)将经过第二次处理的多孔陶瓷坯体进行烧结,得到多孔陶瓷体;烧结过程中,所述第一微孔收缩形成第三微孔,所述第二微孔收缩形成第四微孔。采用本发明提供的制备方法,制备得到的多孔陶瓷体的孔径丰富且可控,雾化效果好,能够满足电子烟雾化芯的性能要求。
