The invention relates to porous ceramic as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The porous ceramic is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30%-65% of a ceramic main body, 15%-35% of a binder, 1%-10% of a pore forming agent and 5%-35% of a sintering aid, wherein the ceramic main body comprises diatomite, quartz and kaolin, the binder comprises sugarcane wax and water, and the pore-forming agent comprises hollow glass microspheres. When the porous ceramic is applied to the atomizing core, the strength and the oil locking performance can be improved while relatively high porosity and good oil absorption performance are ensured.
本发明涉及一种多孔陶瓷及其制备方法和应用。按质量百分比计,多孔陶瓷的制备原料包括:陶瓷主体30%~65%、粘结剂15%~35%、造孔剂1%~10%及助烧剂5%~35%;其中,陶瓷主体包括硅藻土、石英和高岭土,粘结剂包括甘蔗蜡和水,造孔剂包括中空玻璃微球。上述多孔陶瓷应用在雾化芯中,能够在保证较高孔隙率、吸油性能好的同时,提高强度和锁油性能。

The invention relates to porous ceramic as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The porous ceramic is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30%-65% of a ceramic main body, 15%-35% of a binder, 1%-10% of a pore forming agent and 5%-35% of a sintering aid, wherein the ceramic main body comprises diatomite, quartz and kaolin, the binder comprises sugarcane wax and water, and the pore-forming agent comprises hollow glass microspheres. When the porous ceramic is applied to the atomizing core, the strength and the oil locking performance can be improved while relatively high porosity and good oil absorption performance are ensured.
