The catwalk erection traction system comprises a supporting structure, a traction mechanism, a winding device, a distance detection device and a control device, and the supporting structure comprises two oppositely-arranged towers and a bracket arranged between the two towers; the traction mechanism comprises a pilot cable arranged between the two towers in a stretching mode and a traction device fixedly installed on the pilot cable, and a traction part is arranged at the lower end of the traction device and used for pulling a catwalk bearing cable to move; the winding device is used for winding or releasing the pilot cable so that the pilot cable can move in the length direction of the pilot cable; the distance detection device is used for detecting the distance between the traction device and the bracket; and the control device is electrically connected with the winding device and the distance detection device. Potential safety hazards in the catwalk erecting process can be reduced, and the catwalk erecting construction speed is increased.
本发明公开一种猫道架设牵引系统，包括支撑结构、牵引机构、收卷装置、距离探测装置以及控制装置，所述支撑结构包括相对设置的两个塔架以及设于两个所述塔架之间的托架；牵引机构，包括张设于两个所述塔架之间的先导索以及固定安装于所述先导索上的牵引装置，所述牵引装置的下端设有牵引部，用以牵引猫道承载索活动；收卷装置，用以收卷或者释放所述先导索，以使得所述先导索沿其长度方向活动；距离探测装置，用以探测所述牵引装置和所述托架之间的间距；以及，控制装置，电连接所述收卷装置以及所述距离探测装置。本发明能够减少猫道架设过程中的安全隐患，并且提升猫道架设的施工速度。
