Laminated wall light in weight, easy to prefabricate and convenient to construct on site
The invention relates to the technical field of walls of buildings, and discloses a composite wall which is light in weight, easy to prefabricate and convenient to construct on site, and the composite wall is made into a form that a decorative layer and a template are respectively overhung on two sides of a core concrete layer to form a structure which has rigidity similar to a core tube steel structure and allows elastic deformation at the same time. Then, a heat preservation layer is filled between the decoration layer and the core concrete layer, and the decoration layer and the core concrete layer are connected through a pre-cast outer ram, so that the amount of concrete of the prefabricated part of the laminated wall is greatly reduced; overturning is not needed in the prefabrication process of the laminated wall, and the production period is remarkably shortened; meanwhile, it is ensured that the decoration layer cannot be damaged due to overturning, is clamped between the elastic heat preservation layer and a formwork of another laminated wall during storage/transfer and is not prone to damage, the decoration layer is not stressed and is not prone to damage during hoisting, it is ensured that the heat preservation layer is clamped in the decoration layer and is not prone to falling off or being damaged, and air leakage and cold bridge are eradicated through a pre-cast outer ram. The decoration layer and the heat preservation layer are successfully integrated into the laminated wall, so that the construction period is shortened.
