The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to an easy-to-construct light combined outer wall which comprises a supporting stand column (1), a supporting column (2) and a supporting column (3). Any two adjacent sets of supporting stand columns (1) and structural plate beams (8) form a frame of the outer wall. An outer layer aluminum plate (2), a glass layer (5) and an indoor decoration layer (3) are sequentially arranged in the axis direction of the frame. The glass layer serves as a heat preservation, sound insulation and waterproof layer of the outer wall, the aluminum plate easy to plastically construct serves as the outer side face of the outer wall, the composition structure of the outer wall can be simplified, the outer wall can be directly constructed indoors, cooperation of various types of work is not needed, and therefore the plasticity of the outer wall model is improved, and the construction period of the outer wall is shortened; the method has the advantages of being safe in construction, short in construction period and suitable for special-shaped architectural styles.
