Rare earth waste based antibacterial ceramic glaze and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a rare earth waste-based antibacterial ceramic glaze and a preparation method thereof, the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing Ce-based polishing powder waste, bismuth oxide and boron oxide to obtain a mixed material; (2) melting the mixed material, performing water quenching, and performing wet grinding to obtain glaze slip; and (3) coating the glaze slip on the surface of a ceramic green body to obtain a glazed green body, roasting the glazed green body, and carrying out acid leaching treatment to obtain the rare earth waste based antibacterial ceramic glaze. According to the invention, a Bi2O3-B2O3 system which can be used as sealing glass is adopted, and the polishing powder waste is introduced, so that the strength and the stability of the sealing glass are greatly enhanced. After acid leaching treatment, BiOX can grow on the surface, the antibacterial effect can be achieved through photocatalysis, and generation of bacterial drug resistance is avoided; ceO2 can be used for resisting bacteria under a dark condition, so that the problem of low antibacterial efficiency of antibacterial ceramics is solved.
本发明提供了一种稀土废料基抗菌陶瓷釉面及其制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将Ce基抛光粉废料、氧化铋和氧化硼混合,得到混合物料;(2)将所述混合物料熔融后水淬,湿法研磨得到釉浆;(3)将所述釉浆涂覆在陶瓷坯体表面得到施釉坯体,对所述施釉坯体进行焙烧处理后,经酸浸处理得到所述稀土废料基抗菌陶瓷釉面。本发明采用可作为封接玻璃的Bi2O3‑B2O3体系,引入抛光粉废料,因此其强度和稳定性大大增强。通过酸浸处理后,表面会长出BiOX,可通过光催化实现抗菌,避免细菌耐药性的产生;黑暗条件下可通过CeO2抗菌,解决了抗菌陶瓷抗菌效率低下的问题。
