When the municipal drainage pipeline is dredged and flushed, ventilation and gas measurement in the pipe well are conducted firstly, and the safety of the construction environment is ensured; and meanwhile, through the design of the baffle, the device is more stable in the wellhead of the pipe well, and the safety risk caused by device movement in the construction process is reduced.
