A large number of hydroxyl groups on the surface of silanol have a good adsorption effect with cement, organic acid serves as a chromium-reducing main agent, sodium thiosulfate serves as a chromium-reducing auxiliary agent, the high-temperature sensitivity of sodium thiosulfate used independently is effectively improved through addition of the organic acid, the best chromium-reducing effect is achieved under the cooperation of the organic acid and the sodium thiosulfate, hexavalent chromium is reduced into non-toxic and harmless trivalent chromium, and the chromium-reducing agent has a good chromium-reducing effect.
