The invention relates to an instant heating type asphalt concrete thin-layer paving construction process, which comprises the following steps of: additionally hanging an instant heater on a paver, carrying out secondary heating on a thin-layer paving asphalt mixture, and simultaneously carrying out instant heating on a contact area of a new paving layer and an old paving layer, so that on one hand, the cooling speed of the thin-layer paving asphalt mixture is slowed down; more compaction operation window time can be gained; on the other hand, thermal contact is formed between the new pavement layer and the old pavement layer, firmer hot melting bonding is generated, and a traditional poor cold and hot contact bonding mode between the layers is replaced. Compared with the prior art, the hot-mix asphalt mixture thin-layer paving device has the advantages that the construction cost is reduced, the heating energy consumption is low, the construction quality is good, the use is convenient, and the popularization and application of the hot-mix asphalt mixture thin-layer paving technology in road construction can be further promoted.
本发明涉及一种即热式沥青混凝土薄层铺装施工工艺,通过在摊铺机上加挂即热器,对薄层铺装沥青混合料进行二次加热,同时对新旧铺装层接触区域进行即时加热,一方面延缓薄层铺装沥青混合料的降温速度,争取到更多的压实作业窗口时间;另一方面,新旧铺装层间形成热接触,生成更加牢固的热熔粘接,取代了传统的层间较差的冷热接触粘接方式。与现有技术相比,本发明具有降低工程造价、加热能耗低、施工质量好和使用方便的优点,可进一步促进热拌沥青混合料薄层铺装技术在道路建设中的推广应用。
