The mounting shells are slidably connected with limiting rods, the limiting rods penetrate through the mounting shells, the piston plates are in limiting fit with the adjacent limiting rods, springs are fixedly connected between the limiting rods and the adjacent mounting shells, the mounting shells are slidably connected with sliding rods, and the sliding rods penetrate through the limiting rods. The high-pressure gas in the mounting shell extrudes the pins, and when side slope soil is lost, the pins are further inserted into the side slope to reinforce the side slope, so that the side slope is prevented from landslide accidents.
