Large-span steel structure and metal roof integrated construction method thereof
The invention discloses a large-span steel structure and a metal roof integrated construction method thereof. The method mainly comprises the following steps: (1) reasonably arranging a splicing jig frame and a supporting point of a boundary position on a splicing working surface according to a construction partition, a design boundary and a structure splicing requirement of the large-span steel structure; (2) assembling construction of the large-span steel structure is completed on the assembling jig frame; (3) part of assembly jig frame fulcrums near the boundary of the original support of the large-span steel structure are reserved, and the other assembly jig frame fulcrums are unloaded; (4) completing the installation operation of the metal roof system on the unloaded steel structure; (5) installing corresponding lifting or hoisting construction measures; (6) integrally lifting or hoisting in place; (7) the large-span steel structure and the metal roof are fixed to the supporting structure; and (8) overall unloading is conducted, and construction is completed. The defects of integrated construction of an existing steel structure and the metal roof are overcome, excessive deformation of the metal roof in the integrated construction process can be avoided, safety and controllability are achieved, and the construction quality is remarkably improved.
本发明公开了一种大跨度钢结构及其金属屋面一体化施工方法,主要包括:(1)根据大跨钢结构的施工分区、设计边界和结构的拼装需求在拼装作业面合理布置拼装胎架、边界位置的支点;(2)在拼装胎架上完成大跨钢结构的拼装施工;(3)保留大跨钢结构的原支座边界附近部分拼装胎架支点,卸载其余拼装胎架支点;(4)在卸载后的钢结构上,完成金属屋面系统安装作业;(5)安装相应提升或吊装施工措施;(6)整体提升或吊装就位;(7)将大跨钢结构及金属屋面固定在支承结构上;(8)整体卸载,施工完成。本发明解决了现有钢结构与金属屋面一体化施工的不足之处,可避免金属屋面在一体化施工过程中的过大变形,安全可控,显著提升施工质量。
