The invention discloses a lithium slag concrete expanding agent. The expanding agent is prepared from the following materials; the invention relates to a high-aluminum-content cement mortar which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-7 parts of lithium slag, 2-3 parts of anhydrite, 1-2 parts of high-aluminum clinker, 1-3 parts of polyethyl alcohol ether, 0-1 part of sugar calcium, 1-3 parts of light water glass, 2-6 parts of calcined gypsum, 2.5-7.5 parts of calcined lime, 4.5-13.5 parts of anhydrous sodium sulphate and 1-4 parts of a modifier. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of wide raw material source, low cost, no reduction of the later strength of the cement, and no change of the cement production process.
