The invention discloses a method for preparing a high-density graphite crucible by multiple dipping, which comprises the following steps: taking graphite and petroleum coke as powder materials, taking an asphalt material I and an asphalt material II with different temperature viscosity characteristics as dipping materials, and preparing a primary green body by using the asphalt material I, the graphite and the petroleum coke as raw materials; roasting the primary green body, then carrying out secondary impregnation on the asphalt material II by using the impregnation tank to obtain a secondary green body, roasting the secondary green body, and then carrying out third impregnation on the asphalt material I by using the impregnation tank to obtain a third green body; and finally, directly feeding the tertiary green body into a graphitization furnace for high-temperature graphitization treatment, and graphitizing the carbonized asphalt component to obtain the graphite crucible. By means of the method, the structural density of the graphite crucible can be effectively improved, the void ratio of the graphite crucible can be effectively reduced, and therefore the service life of the graphite crucible can be prolonged on the basis that the using performance of the graphite crucible is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种多次浸渍以制备高密度石墨坩埚的方法,该方法以石墨、石油焦作为粉料,以具有不同温度粘度特性的沥青料I和沥青料II作为浸渍料,其先利用沥青料I与石墨、石油焦作为原料制备一次生坯;然后将一次生坯进行焙烧后利用浸渍罐进行沥青料II的二次浸渍得到二次生坯,再将二次生坯进行焙烧后利用浸渍罐进行沥青料I的三次浸渍得到三次生坯;最后将三次生坯直接送入石墨化炉中进行高温石墨化处理,将其中的碳化后的沥青组分石墨化即得到石墨坩埚。本发明的方法能有效提高石墨坩埚的结构密度并降低其空隙率,从而能在保证石墨坩埚使用性能的基础上提高石墨坩埚的使用寿命。
