The invention relates to a corrugated steel web reinforcing and splicing structure of a corrugated steel web composite beam and a construction method. The reinforcing structure comprises an upper row of fixed FRP plates, a lower row of fixed FRP plates, a prefabricated profiled steel sheet-concrete composite plate and a steel beam. The inner side of the fixed FRP plate is adhered to the corrugated steel web through an adhesive; the prefabricated profiled steel sheet-concrete combined plate is embedded between the upper row of fixed FRP plates and the lower row of fixed FRP plates; the upper end and the lower end of the steel beam are fixedly connected with the outer sides of the two fixed FRP plates which are vertically aligned up and down correspondingly. According to the reinforcing structure, the shear-resistant overall buckling bearing capacity of the corrugated steel web is improved through the prefabricated profiled steel sheet-concrete composite plate, and the influence of the prefabricated profiled steel sheet-concrete composite plate on the wrinkle effect is reduced through a low shear-resistant connecting system composed of the low elastic modulus material and the fixed FRP plate.
本发明涉及波形钢腹板组合梁的波形钢腹板加固、拼接结构和施工方法,加固结构包括上下两排固定FRP板、一预制压型钢板‑混凝土组合板和钢梁;固定FRP板内侧通过粘接剂粘接在波形钢腹板上;预制压型钢板‑混凝土组合板嵌设在上下两排固定FRP板之间;钢梁的上下两端分别与上下竖向对齐的两固定FRP板外侧固定连接。本加固结构通过预制压型钢板‑混凝土组合板提高波形钢腹板的抗剪整体屈曲承载力,通过低弹模材料及固定FRP板组成的低抗剪连接系统降低预制压型钢板‑混凝土组合板对褶皱效应的影响。
