External prestressed steel strand-UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) composite reinforced concrete column and construction method thereof
The invention provides an externally-wrapped prestressed steel strand-UHPC composite reinforced concrete column which comprises a reinforced concrete column body, anchoring screws, a UHPC surrounding sleeve and a prestressed stainless steel strand supporting and maintaining component, the periphery of the reinforced concrete column body is wrapped with the UHPC surrounding sleeve, one end of each anchoring screw is arranged on the outer wall of the UHPC surrounding sleeve, and the other end of each anchoring screw is arranged on the outer wall of the UHPC surrounding sleeve; the other end of the reinforcing steel bar penetrates through the inner wall of the UHPC encircling sleeve and is inserted into the reinforced concrete column main body; and the prestressed stainless steel stranded wire supporting and maintaining parts are circumferentially arranged on the outer wall of the UHPC encircling sleeve and are in contact with the anchoring screw rods. According to the structure, the advantage of UHPC performance is exerted, and the appearance and the structural durability of a'fat beam and fat column 'reinforced concrete structure of a traditional cross section enlarging method are improved. And by utilizing the characteristics of high strength and tensile strength of the stainless steel stranded wires, passive constraint of the ordinary steel stranded wires on the reinforced concrete column main body is converted into active constraint, so that the bearing capacity and the ductility of the reinforced concrete column main body are improved. The invention further provides a construction method of the externally-wrapped prestressed steel strand-UHPC composite reinforced concrete column.
本发明提供一种外包预应力钢绞线‑UHPC复合加固钢筋混凝土柱,包括钢筋混凝土柱主体、锚固螺杆、UHPC围套和预应力不锈钢绞线支撑维护部件,UHPC围套包裹在钢筋混凝土柱主体的外围,锚固螺杆一端置于UHPC围套的外壁,另一端穿过UHPC围套的内壁并插入钢筋混凝土柱主体中;预应力不锈钢绞线支撑维护部件周向布置在UHPC围套的外壁上,并与锚固螺杆接触。该结构发挥了UHPC性能的优势,改善了传统增大截面法加固混凝土结构“肥梁胖柱”的面貌和结构的耐久性。还利用了不锈钢绞线高强抗拉的特点,使普通钢绞线对钢筋混凝土柱主体的被动约束转化为主动约束,以提高钢筋混凝土柱主体的承载能力和延性。本发明还提供一种外包预应力钢绞线‑UHPC复合加固钢筋混凝土柱的施工方法。
