Self-bearing floating meshing gear and rack driving device
The invention discloses a self-bearing floating meshing gear rack driving device which comprises a support assembly, a driving assembly, a connecting assembly and a rack beam, the driving assembly is installed on the support assembly through the connecting assembly, and the rack beam is inserted into the driving assembly. The vertical force of the driving device provided by the invention is directly transmitted to the base, so that the vertical load of the rack beam can be greatly weakened by adopting the driving device, the section size of the rack beam can be further reduced, and the total steel consumption of the structure is saved. Due to the action of construction errors or loads such as temperature, wind, snow and earthquakes, the distance between a rack beam and a gear in the retractable roof structure cannot be always a constant value. The steel plate spring can enable the rack beam and the gear to be in a good contact state all the time, and floating meshing between the gear and the rack is achieved.
本发明公开一种自承重浮动啮合齿轮齿条驱动装置,驱动装置包括支座组件、驱动组件、连接组件和齿条梁,驱动组件通过连接组件安装在支座组件上,齿条梁插装在驱动组件内。因为本发明提出的驱动装置其竖向力全部直接传给了基座,所以采用该驱动装置可以极大的削弱齿条梁的竖向荷载,进而可以减小齿条梁的截面尺寸、节省结构的总用钢量。由于施工误差或者温度、风、雪以及地震等荷载的作用,开合屋盖结构中齿条梁和齿轮之间的距离不可能始终为一个定值。本发明中的钢板弹簧可以使齿条梁和齿轮始终处于良好的接触状态,实现齿轮与齿条之间的浮动啮合。
