The invention discloses a parking device based on hydraulic and rack/gear driving and chain traction. According to the device, four-point suspension type rising and falling of a car carrier panel are achieved easily and reliably for the hydraulic driving type lift-lateral parking device through chains. According to the basic technical scheme, a set of oil cylinder/piston device and a rack/gear drive set are adopted, linear movement of a piston is converted into circular motion, then driving force is transmitted through a chain transmission mechanism, and finally four-point suspension and traction are conducted on a car carrier panel of the parking device through four chains. The four suspension points are relatively independent, each suspension point corresponds to one chain, and when any chain is broken or gets loose, normal traction and suspension conducted by the other three chains on the car carrier panel can not be affected.
